{"id":2542,"date":"2021-04-15T21:45:18","date_gmt":"2021-04-15T19:45:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aesthetica.rs\/blog\/?p=511"},"modified":"2023-04-12T16:27:53","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T14:27:53","slug":"prolecna-hrana-za-ciscenje-organizma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aesthetica.rs\/bg\/blog\/prolecna-hrana-za-ciscenje-organizma\/","title":{"rendered":"Prole\u0107na hrana za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Potrudi\u0107emo se da ovo ne bude jo\u0161 jedan od tekstova o sezonskim dijetama, ili pak o zdravom ali i egzoti\u010dnom vo\u0107u i povr\u0107u, koje sa prose\u010dnim porodi\u010dnim bud\u017eetom ne mo\u017eete sebi dovoljno \u010desto da priu\u0161tite.<\/p>\n<p>Zapravo, ovo i ne\u0107e biti tekst o dijeti ili bilo kakvoj nagloj i rigoroznoj promeni u ishrani, jer <strong>nijedan nagli prelaz i nagla promena ne godi na\u0161em metabolizmu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U prirodi svih sisara, pa i \u010doveka, <strong>prole\u0107e jeste vreme u kojem se na\u0161 organizam \u010disti <\/strong>i ima tendenciju da se prirodno osloba\u0111a zimskih tereta, te mu u tome treba pomo\u0107i. Ba\u0161 zbog toga \u0161to je prole\u0107no \u010di\u0161\u0107enje prirodni proces, namirnice koje su nam za to potrebne i dovoljne uglavnom se nalaze u na\u0161oj okolini.<\/p>\n<p>Zima je period u kojem se toksini ponajvi\u0161e gomilaju u na\u0161em orgnizmu, kao posledica uno\u0161enja relativno jednoli\u010dne, konzervirane, i manje sve\u017ee hrane.\u00a0\u00a0 Uskoro \u0107e, me\u0111utim, i pijace postati dovoljno bogate, kako povr\u0107em, tako i livadskim biljem, pa je kraj zime i po\u010detak prole\u0107a pravi period da se postepeno krene u \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hrana bogata antioksidansima, vitamini i minerali<\/strong> u najkra\u0107em bi trebalo da \u010dine bazu prole\u0107nog \u010di\u0161\u0107enja organizma kroz ishranu. Najja\u010di antioksidansi, koji ujedno spre\u010davaju i mnoge bolesti su <strong>vitamini A, C, E, beta karoten, selen i cink<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ovi su dani idealni da iskoristite <strong>poslednje zalihe tur\u0161ije ili \u0161arene salate<\/strong>, koje su bogate vitaminom C, vitaminom A i mineralima, a prva stvar koja \u0107e nam do\u0107i iz prirode jedan je od najmo\u0107nijih zelenih antioksidanasa \u2013 to je <strong>sremu\u0161 <\/strong>ili <strong>medve\u0111i luk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sremu\u0161<\/strong> je \u010dudotvorna biljka kojom su bogati na\u0161i krajevi, a koju i \u017eivotinje koriste za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma na prole\u0107e. I drugi naziv ove biljke medve\u0111i luk &#8211; dolazi od narodnog predanja da je upravo sremu\u0161 prva biljka koju medvedi tra\u017ee u prirodi nakon \u0161to se probude iz zimskog sna, a kako bi pro\u010distili i revitalizovali svoj organizam. Izuzetno je bogat vitaminom C, beta karotenom i etarskim uljima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vla\u0161ac<\/strong> je, poput sremu\u0161a, jo\u0161 jedan mo\u0107ni prirodni antioksidans. \u010cuvar od karcinoma i \u010dista\u010d organizma koji \u0161titi o\u010di i pobolj\u0161ava vid, i bogat je vitaminima A, C i K. Dobra stvar kod vla\u0161ca je to \u0161to ga mo\u017eete gajiti i u ku\u0107nim uslovima. Kao i sremu\u0161, va\u017ei za vrstu divljeg luka, pa je pogodan za salate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mladi crni luk<\/strong> tako\u0111e je jedan od najsna\u017enijih prirodnih boraca protiv karcinoma. Pored ovoga, on reguli\u0161e i novo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi i \u010disti krve sudove. Posebno se izvaja po visokoj koncentraciji vitamina K, a sadr\u017ei i zna\u010dajne koli\u010dine vitamina A, C, B i E.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160argarepa <\/strong>je mo\u017eda najpoznatija po visokoj koncentraciji beta karotena, odnosno kao izvor vitamina A, \u0161to je \u010dini blagotvornom za vid. Me\u0111utim, veoma pozitivno uti\u010de i na zdravlje ko\u017ee, zuba i noktiju.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-513\" src=\"https:\/\/aesthetica.joomswers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/vegetables-2211336_1920-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rotkvice<\/strong> su odli\u010dne za varenje, a kada se jedu sve\u017ee i sirove ubrzavaju i metabiloizam. Pune su vitamina C, vlakana i kalijuma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blitva<\/strong> sadr\u017ei ogromne koli\u010dine vitamina A, C i K, ali i vitamin E, B6 i desetinu drugih minerala i vitamina u manjim koli\u010dinama, te je i ona efikasan prole\u0107ni \u010dista\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kopriva <\/strong>tako\u0111e mo\u017ee da se koristi kao prirodni diuretik u vidu \u010daja i jedan od najzdravijih \u010dista\u010da toksina iz tela. Bogata je vitaminima C i K, mineralima, magnezijumom i kalijumom.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to je jo\u0161 potrebno da obezbedimo na\u0161em organizmu u ovom periodu jesu<strong> vitamin E, cink i selen <\/strong>kojih ima ne\u0161to manje u zelenoj hrani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitaminom E<\/strong> bogati su:\u00a0 semenke suncokreta, badem, le\u0161nik, kikiriki, crvena paprika<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cinkom <\/strong>su bogati:\u00a0 riba, integralne \u017eitarice i p\u0161eni\u010dne klice, jaja, soja, pivski kvasac, mle\u010dni proizvodi (sir, mleko i jogurt), meso (teletina, jagnjetina, govedina, svinjetina, piletina i \u0107uretina)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selenom<\/strong> su bogati:\u00a0 pivski kvasac i p\u0161eni\u010dne klice, ora\u0161asti plodovi, govedina, jaja, puter soja, riba, morski plodovi, beli luk, integralni proizvodi od celog zrna, ovsena ka\u0161a i seme suncokreta.
